Sari khilavarzi as in complete violation.
The point Ghamidi Sahab is making is that sometime people are completely violating the law of God through which He runs the world and he gives example that if someone is sick then it is law of God that he must seek medicine or help for his sickness before Allah will help, if he doesn’t make the effort on his part then he has violated the law of God which has consequences, and usually neglecting these laws of God is what usually drives people into problems, if we do some self-analysis and mend these parts of our lives, we can hope to avoid an unbearable life.
