Thank you so much , but my questions are not about Head covering , my only concern is HAIR , where this is coming from and that’s the part I need to understand why HAIR has become so important even though you cover your head.

It is obvious that if head covering is not required by Deen, to cover hair is not a requirement of Deen. This is all cultural. Our scholars made a decent cultural practice a demand of Deen, but Deen never demanded it.
