Conditions For Working Women

According to all islamic scholars women are only allowed to work with certain conditions. One of the condition is that those jobs or professions she chooses , should match with women’s nature . So what are the jobs which are according to women’s nature ?
There is also an other condition that working women should only interact with the females only . They are not allowed to work in a place where there is intermixing of both gender . My question is how it is possible ? Whether you be a doctor ,business woman , pilot or politician you have intract with oposite gender . So how this condition will be fulfilled??

There are no restrictions proposed by Islam. Every person whether male or female is free to choose a profession according to her choice, taste, abilities, and limitations.
To interact with opposite gender, the instructions for both male and female are the same that they need to guard their gazes and their private parts that they should be well covered, and if women have adorned themselves, they need to cover up their adornments excpet that what stays exposed, can stay exposed like face, hands etc. See the verses: 24: 30-31.
