Predestination
I saw an old video of ghamidi sb in which he says that Allah knows whatever decision a person will take based on his choice and the outcome is the result of the person’s choice/intentions. He will be judged based on it. I am a bit confused and didn’t understand that does Allah already know what decisions, good or bad, I am about to take or not? If he knows then on what basis will I be judged on?

You will judged and rewarded according to your deeds. His advanced knowledge doesn’t affect your free will. H just know in advance what you do. But your reward or punishment can only be decided once you have done something.

So if He already knows what im about to do then why am I at fault if i do something wrong? Because if he knows ill do something wrong then it can’t be changed right?

Again. His knowledge doesn’t make you do a thing. You did it on your own.
This is not the test of his knowledge but of your deeds for which it is not necessary that He might not know it before.
