One of my relative got hemorrhage and is paralyzed.His mind is not working properly.Sometimes he remember everything sometimes forgets. He forgot all the surah.Now in such a case how can he pray salah.what is the ruling on such case.he also can not got to mosque as he is half paralyzed

Based on this information I don’t think Namaz is anymore Farz on him.
