    Assalam o alaikum

I want to ask how does copying the other gender fit into 5 categories of haram

Secondly if a women likes and wears some clothes of men because they are comfortable and she likes the style (not that she wants to look like a man) will it also be considered haram

And does this prohibition applies for appearance only because personality traits like protectiveness and being soft heartted can be found in both men and women

It is considered immoral or weird for both the genders to copy each other. This is not just a religious injunction but a thing which is generally disapproved. In Islam it is discourged tooz for good reasons. Masculinity for men and femininity in women suit them.

Some natural traits can be found in both. This is not their choice therefore they are not blameworthy here. This is not copying. Copying is discourged.

Unisex clothes can be worn by both. If in some societies, if some kinds of men’s clothes are adopted by women and the society accepts it normal then it is not objectionable, anymore.
