Did prophet S.AW stopped non Muslims/ jews from running the riba business and selling of alcohol in the land ?
We know Muslims cannot consume riba nor alcohol it is about non muslim does sharia law imposes such rulings on non Muslims as well in Islamic land ?

Shariah rulings are only for Muslims. Khulafah never stopped non-Muslims from consuming alcohol, eating port or exercising Riba.
