Is Using Mod Halal Or Not According To What Is Explained In Question ?
My question is
As the companies have keywords for their app they make
So if the same keywords are getting used by people who design mods it is impossible for them (the app manufacturer)
To not know that mod exist as I have came across few well known websites which are famous for mods of applications and these websites
Works with copyright rights as well,
(where I read a statement
That if any owner of application takes away the rights from them the downloader should delete the mod app produced by websites.. But so far any owner didn’t take back rights till now.
Few of websites just design mods and are famous without official copyrights rights)
If it is the case
How come it is not allowed to use those mods..
People who make mods are somewhat connected to the companies either by purchasing the premium of an app or by any other means so neither the companies are tracking down the people who make mods that shows thwy have no problem with people using mod apps,,
If that would not be the case and companies are not able to grow profit from their apps they would issue a lawsuit against the websites that makes mod.
So my question is I don’t think it makes sense to say we are taking up their rights or maybe it’s unethical to use mod apps lg manufacturers who are not taking actions againt it,,
Which ultimately means they don’t have problem with it,,
As ther are few apps and manufacturers they clearly make statement to avoid mod version of their app,,
And besides few mods which are not connected to the server of the app doesn’t give load on the server
That is what I think and understand thats how it works , and I don’t see anything unethical or life thefting in this matter

It donot matter if companies take action or not. Our matter is with God.
Anything unethical or violating rights of others are prohibited by God which later are supported by states laws in one form or another.
Hence, unethical actions or violating rights will remain accountable irrespective of worldy decisions.
