Ghamidi saab in his book, Meezan, did not mention impurity whilst discussing the requirements for Salah. Does he not consider pure clothes a requirement for Salah?

He did mention impuirities to be removed before Salah
نماز کے لیے جن چیزوں کا اہتمام ضروری ہے ، وہ یہ ہیں :
نماز پڑھنے والا نشے میں نہ ہو ،
وہ اگر عورت ہے تو حیض ونفاس کی حالت میں نہ ہو،
وہ باوضو ہو اور حیض و نفاس یا جنابت کے بعد اُس نے غسل کر لیا ہو ،
However, there is no mention of the purity of clothes because it is not a prerequisite, as such. One needs to have clean clothes but there is no restriction on how clean they should be. A small amount of impurity is allowed by Fuqaha, which means no absolute ruling is available in this regard from Shariah.

But I want to infer from ghamidi saab’s writing that pure clothes are not a prerequisite of salah.

Absence of its mentioning at this point is clear evidence that this is not a prerequisite for Salah. However it doesn’t mean that one should not take care of wearing clean clothes.
