Zuhr Prayer Finish Time In Cloudy Weather ?
In general Europe’s weather is cloudy and as one is unable to see and measure the shadow length due to lack of sunlight, what is the best way to predict the Zuhr prayer finish time and the Asr prayer start time?
Is there a way to read both prayers together due to time uncertainty?

The timings of the position of the sun are already determined and provided in the solar calendar for the whole year. You can consult it to know the position of the sun. This is not an excuse to allow two players to combine. However, if one has no means to know the timing then one may guess the time to offer the prayer in their separate appointed time.
