Mehram means the one with whom you can marry.

There are two kinds of mehram. Permanent mehram, close blood relations like mother, sister, daughter, in laws, mother in law, daughter in law. Foster relations, like foster mother, foster sister.

Temporary mehram like sister in law.

“In the context of ‘Sharai Parda,’ I’m inquiring about a list of relatives or individuals to whom women are prohibited from showing their faces.

Are there any specific verses in the Quran or mentions by Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) that detail such restrictions?”

Woman is not supposed to hide or cover her face in front na mehram.

Instead, she has been asked to cover her adornments, except for that adornments which usually stays exposed like face Ans hands, in front of na mehram men. The list of mehram is provided in the Qur’an see verse 24:31.

Outside that list the rest are na mehram. But there is no compulsion of covering her face.
