Eating From Non Muslim Restaurant
Can we Eat halal food from non Muslim restaurants which also serve haram food like non halal chicken , pork etc.Also is it necessary for us to make sure that they are not using same utensils for haram food as kitchens of some restaurants are hidden. So can we eat halal food from these non Muslim restaurants?
Please answer this specifically as sometimes you live in a hostel in non Muslim countries for studies and in mess non halal food is also prepared like pork or chicken which is not slaughtered according to sharia . So in that case can we stick to eating halal food like vegetables even if we don’t know how vegetables have been cooked like if utensils (where pork is cooked) were thoroughly cleaned before cooking vegetables in that same utensils?

If the food is halal It can be taken from any restaurant. It is the duty of the cook to clean the utensils before cooking another dish. If you doubt you may avoid eating there or use vegetable food.
