Urgency Of Giving Back The Unlawfully Acquired Wealth To Unaffected
If let’s say someone unlawfully takes money from a big company that is not affected by that amount of money, how urgent is it to give it back after having consumed it? Can one simply earn money and put some of it aside to pay it back along with doing charity and living a normal life? Also, is charity valid in this case when a person is under a debt like this, the case where the other party is not affected at all by that debt?

This is stealing which a sin and a crime. It makes no difference whether it affects the other or not.
One should return it as soon as possible with all means possible. Delaying shows one is not fully aware of the sin he commited. It is the violation of right of the person and of God who commanded not to steal. This ruins the purity of self and this purity only can lead to success in the hereafter.

Ignorance can be an excuse if it is a valid one before God.

And what should one do if the only source of payment is selling household things? One can sell TV, console etc. because these are not important but what about things that are used to earn income such as a computer? If one can sell it to buy an inferior computer, this can also be a source of payment but is it necessary to go this far to lose utility and comfortable working environment? Or can there be a leeway in this regard when requesting God? Also, what about writing this in a will for the case where downgrade of working environment is not favourable, and in case the death occurs, that stuff can be sold by others to pay back the money?

One needs not to go pauper to pay a debt. One may pay it according to one’s means. A will should be made to let the heirs pay off the debt. If one finds no means to pay back, one may give one’s excuse to God.
