Was Earth Already Formed With The Sky? Qur’An 41:11
Then He directed His attention towards the sky [which had already come into existence with the earth and] at that time was in the form of smoke. So, He ordered it and the earth: “Obey, whether willingly or unwillingly.” Both said: “We comply with willingness.” (41:11)
Does that mean that the earth had been created along with the sky? Would it not contradict the modern scientific standpoint on this that the earth came into existence much later?

Science has nothing to say about the sky as it did not know about thr sky. So there is no contradictory views available in science about this phenomenon.
