Poetry has a poetic licence which allows it to use words in a hyperbolic way. There is a thing line where it is not distinct to decide whether something is inappropriate or not.
For example nabi Ka Karan, it can be understood as the prophet has delivered the message of Islam and a good way of life to us.
In the second example it can be just an expression of respect as we read in the Qur’an that angels bowed down before Adam.
The listener has to to decide.
