If a person wants to marry but his parents are delaying unnecessarily despite the fact that his father gives Jumah sermons and has delivered khutbah nikahs multiple times. Marriage is a personal matter of man and woman. They are entitled to decide when to marry. If they are independent they can make a decision, find a match and get married. The good parents help them find a match and participate in their happiness.
However if one is not independent he or she has to follow that plan their parents make for them according to their priorities and resources.
This is a thing which should be discussed without losing one for another.

If he is earning, still his parents are delaying and what if the only way is either one of the two that is either he can get married and get his relationship with his parents very much severed or he can wait so that his parents are not unhappy with him but he will fall occasionally for sins. What should he do?

To marry is your right. There is no disobedience to parents in attaining your right. They should facilitate you or tell the reason of not facilitating you.
