In your lecture regarding “history of Shia Movement” as available in YouTube https://youtu.be/1EU23tfMODE?si=GppQ2BT8sXTKLCIq

You started with the background that prophet PBUH stated to both Mahajar and Ansar that in future , leadership will be with the Quresh. Reason was attributed to Arabs mentality about accepting leadership etc.

However in your Meezan, understanding of Hadees chapter, you quoted it and commented it that if true there will be no difference between Islam and Brahminism? Therefore Quresh Hadees was termed as limited to a specific political circumstance/ event

But that literally prevailed leading to split. So if all Muslims were declared equal without any preference of colour, tribe etc then why this dichotomy in giving preference to Quresh

Preference is not given to Quraish, but it was the actual political scenario that the people were inclined towards Quraish for leadership for ages. Democratically it was Quraish’s right to be leaders. The prophet tried to end the upcoming dispute which could have destroyed the unity of Muslims. The dispute did arise and the prophet’s advice resolved the issue.

The Muslims were equal in status therefore their prevailing opinion in favour of Quriash was respected.

The prophet could not stop every development in the future which might disturb the unity of Muslims. When new players in the power game came up, the problem emerged. This was inevitable. Every state, sooner or later, has to face the opposition.
