I had a divorce and have two daughters from that marriage.
My 2nd marriage was with a divorcee who had a son from her marriage.
Now I also have a daughter from her.
As of today my relatives are.
Father, Mother, Wife, 3 daughters and 1 step son. What percentage will be the distribution for my 4 crore 30 lacs assets if also donate 50000/- to sOS children welfare centre

You can distribute your estate according to your will. There is no restriction on it.
However, If you like to distribute your estate according to shariah law, you can use our inheritance calculator.
In shariah there is no share for adopted son, the son of your wife.
