Before I ask the question, let me explain the context first.
A baby who was to be adopted by someone in America, they refused so we adopted him, father got him into family through Nadra, and he was part of all inheritance stuff. Father died, mother died, so that child got the inheritance as well as he was part of family as per records.
Now he gets pension as well but we keep around 80% amount to ourselves and spend it on household stuff or just save it in our own account and give the rest to him so he doesn’t get spoiled as he doesn’t study and doesn’t do any work yet.
He also got a house built in his name through the same inheritance. And he gets rent from that as well.
My main question is, is this a good thing or not that we don’t give him full pension and he doesn’t know about it.
Technically if he wasn’t in the family the pension wouldn’t be coming at first place.
I hope I have explained the situation properly. Awaiting proper guidance on this.
    Thanks!

He should have not been named after his adoptive after. However legally he has no share in the inheritance except what his adoptive parents bequeathed for him.

Pension is no his right nor is it yours. The government should be informed to stop the pension, if there is no legal heir to receive it.
