Husband Giving Six Tallaqs In One Video
Salamalaikum,
My husband sent me a video saying Talak 6 times a couple of weeks ago. We both want to reconcile and get back together. I have seen some videos that say it is only 2 talak and we are still allowed to get back together with out doing halala. My family is refusing to let me go back to him, as they say it is already confirmed Talak. Please if you can advise on this issue, and maybe provide written proof that it is not talak, maybe then my family will allow us to get back together, we have 3 children together as well. If video is needed I can send that.

It is one divorce. These are three occasions, not the number of the occurrences of the word talaq.
