Issue Regarding Divorce (Talaq)
years. I have been facing matrimonial issues since marriage, i had clash / argument with my wife and it reached to extreme level where she was abusing my family & shouting which was heard by neighbours, to stop her i threatened her to give divorce by saying, “mai tumhain talaq de dun ga” but she didn’t listen, it was extreme anger situation and during threatening i unintentionally spoke word ” mai tumhain talaq deta hun ga” as i was not in my actual state of mind.
Kindly advise has the divorce implemented?

Even if it is considered first Talq, you can retract it within the stated time period and afterward you can still marry her. I think Talaq is a less of an issue in this case unless underlying issues are resolved that brought you to this point. As a leader of the household, you need to be fair and just regardless of the relationship. Find out root cause of conflict between your wife and your parents and try to solve it first.
