How To Deal With Gustakhs (Blasphemers)?
Instead of mob lynching “gustaakhs” every now and then, would it be prudent for state to nuke masses (sad-e-zariyaah) to resolve this for all times? Idea here is: Na insaan hoon gay, na gustaakh bachaain gaay. This might be more productive also.
I would like to understand, buraai ko “haath” say rokna narrative in this regard.
Also, mob’s “niyaat”, I heard guarantees them reward in hearafter. What is the science behind this logic? Good “niyaat” to deal with “gustakhs”

Punishment can only be given to the culprits. God knew the human will corrupt the land but he created them to hold the test.
To stop evil needs authority. This hadith tells that one should try to eradicate an evil in one’s own authority. Public affair is the domain of the government.
A good intention is rewarded only when one despite his best effort hit upon mistaken idea.
To kill someone is a grave act. There can be hardly any justification for mob lynching when law is there to perform. It is not easy to get away with this crime in the hereafter.
