Software companies certainly don’t allow piracy. If someone has got money and can afford the product, but doesn’t pay for it and pirates it, that would be morally wrong.
But what if someone doesn’t have the money in the first place to afford it and will start paying the company once he starts earning using that tool? Is this still morally wrong? The company was never in loss because this person wouldn’t use its product if it was not available on torrent sites and because the person couldn’t pay anyways. But if this person pirates it to learn the software, find clients, earn money and then start paying the company, the company will be in benefit. In this case how can it still be morally wrong or bad?
