Divorce Fatwa
I need a fatwa regarding talaq.My wife is separated and living with her mother home for 3 years.
I’m decided to go saudia before going I decided to divorce her. So i wrote 3 paper of each talaq in front guwah. My intention was that after giving 1st talaq remaining will be send out through my brother if she is not want to rehabilitate her relation.
So issue is that I wrote 3 talaq at a same time but send her 1st talaq after passing the 15 days of first talaq I learnt that if you give 1st and not other than nikah option will be there so I decided not to send the remaining 2 divorce.
After passing almost 3 months she decided to rehabilitate our relation so what are the options now available.
I’m not send remaining 2 but sign without lack of knowledge. -
