As a general answer given to the question, why god doesn’t stop evil,is that he have given you free will so a permission to do whatever you want but you will he held accountable for your sins in here after.If it is like that,every sin is to be questioned in here after then why to inflict punishment in this world.Let people do whatever they want and leave the matter for hereafter.Here one will say that it will lead to disintegration of society but the same thing was questioned.Why Allah doesn’t stop evil to prevent disintegration of society?

To have a system of reward and punishment is a requirement for our survival. On the other hand God has another scheme to test, to judge us against all our faculties. The use of authority and dispensation of justice will be judged, toom The criminals and offenders have chance of retribution for their wrongs with having some punishment.
The grand scheme of reward and punishment is a replica of the what we have here.
