Recite Quranic Ayah And Blow In Water
Assalamualaikum
Is it allowed if someone recites surah ikhlas ayat ul kursi or other quranic ayah/surah and blow(پھونک) in water or any other food and then drink that water or give someon to drink who is sick or for evil eye etc?
Because we know we can recite last three surah of quran and blow on hands and rub those hands on body. But can we do this on water or any other food? I saw video of Dr khalid zaheer sahab he said we can do that.
But I saw a video of another scholar he said we cannot do that because Prophet S.A.W forbid blowing or breathing in water.
Are these hadiths authentic

Prophet (sws) forbade from blowing in the water as a general etiquette of eating and drinking just the way he forbade from breathing inside the utensil or from drinking from the broken part of the utensil etc. These are good practices but not religious injunctions. Besides, they do not mean that one cannot do any such act in case of a genuine need or a genuine requirement. The inference drawn from these narrations does not seem to be correct. This act of blowing on water etc. with Quranic verses is in itself not a recommended or encouraged practice in the light of Quran, but if someone does that for psychological reasons or for medicinal reasons based on their experience, then they can do so.
