The concept of institution of family is well established in Christianity. West is reflection of chiristianity. Hence we see that values in west.

Secondly, the services provided by Western govt for children also plays a role in their good and healthy upbringing

However, their definition of family exclude parents thats why we see number of old houses increasing.

So the Respected Sir, as the West continues to diminish the traditional role of the family in achieving the above-mentioned objectives and transfers more of these responsibilities to the government, what positive or negative effects might this shift have on the younger generation and on society as a whole?

Its difficult to predict because nothing is in isolation. The AI revolution, rise in voilence, large scale brain washing, exposure to media, inflation and spiral economic recession etc, all these factors are shaping our current society. But one thing for sure, i feel in gut that a disaster is approaching sooner or later.
