Can she make dance her career ( dancing on stage, films etc) if her dance isn’t vulgar but there is display of embellishments? Will her income be halal? Will she be sinned?

What is forbidden is Fawahish. If the dance does not involve indecency in attire or movement, this profession may be permissible. However, any adornment in the chest area should be kept covered. See verse 24: 31

It is a sin, if it plays a significant part in his income that portion of income will not be halal for her.
