Diyyat Of Female And Non-muslims
Aoa, if a muslim accidently kills a muslim female, then is the diyyat half of the muslim male? Also if the person accidently killed is a non-muslim, is his/her diyyat also less than the diyyat of female muslim?

For us, there is no distinction in the Diyyat between a man and a woman, or between a Muslim and a non-Muslim, as the Quran makes no distinction regarding Diyyat of man and woman.
Diyat of a woman was half in the time of the prophet according to the norms (Urf or Maroof) of the society then. Now the norm has changed.
The state has the authority to determine the amount of Diyyat.
