According to van putten the qureshi did not pronounce the hamzah and it is not in the rasm of uthman yet the reading traditions all have it including hafs? How is this understood if the Qur’an is unchanged..

The responsibility lies with him to prove that Quraishi did not pronounce the letter Hamza. If he can successfully establish this as a fact, he must then explain when and how the entire Muslim community across various countries agreed to include Hamza in the Quran, and how any evidence of dissent was completely erased.
