Gift/Hiba Of House And Property
I want to ask if the father gift his house to his son and also completed all the legal requirements of government such as the legal paperworks.
Does the hiba/gift is considered or not?

Here Mufti tariq said something that the hiba of house will not be considered if things like furniture etc in the house are not gifted to the receiver.
Or the giver should go out of the house once as a condition of hiba to be considered.
Can you guide me in this regard

These are just formalities to avoid any disputes in the past when documentation was not formalized. These are not conditions. An announcement suffices to make something a gift for someone. If the documentation is completed, there is no requirement to take out one’s household items and hand it over to the son.
