The Ayat is ” Qul ho Wallah ho Ahad”. However when recited it feels like they say Qul ho Allah ho Ahad”. Which is right?

The complete verse is to be recited as it is. This is because the prophet was asked to proclaim that there is one God when the polytheists opposed him.
