What is Ghamidi Saheb’s view on land reforms (i.e redistribution of land to poor farmers), if he’s ever expressed?

According to Ghamidi saheb, the land is to be owned by the state. ownership of the land cannot be people.
Now it is the discretion of the state to manage it. The representiaves of the people should legislate in this regard for the best of the interest of the people.

So if an Islamic party finally comes to power, does it have a right to nationalize/ bring into public ownership, the land from the feudal lords?
