Aoa, can a wife ask for khula from her husband on issues that are not very severe? If the husband refuses to give divorce to his wife then does the court have the right to make the marriage null and void?

There is no restriction on woman to tell a valid reason to end her marriage. However since it is a serious matter therefore the authorities try to investigate the real reasons.
We have a precedent from a decision of the prophet who dissolves a marriage because the wife steonlgh disliked her husband’s face.
The court has authority to nullify a marriage even if husband is not willing to give divorce.

Then how do you see the hadith in which the Prophet PBUH said that a women who asks for divorce without a reason will not enter the paradise

This is about no reason. marriage is a very serious matter not a game that one may quit without any reason. Such a non serious attitude is addressed here, if the narration is authentic. The holy prophrt as a mentor advising people not to make such a big decision for no reason.
