    Hello there, Assallam u alaikum.

my question is that if someone calls his fiance or a girl he is determined to marry, with lovely names?

for example like while texting when the girl asks “did you go to doctor?” and the man says “yes my love, I did”, saying such words like my love, my beloved, which in this case, have no feelings of lust attached to it either from sender or receiver. it is either said generically for mentioning with no feelings of lust. Or it’s sometimes said to convey the other person that they are beloved to us, without any feelings of lust or vulgarity attached to it. is it okay to use such words?

It is something which does not fall in the category of clear prohibitions. It is something which a person should decide whether or not he is capable to control himself once he starts expressing such intimate names for the other person. As a Sadd-e-Zariya measure, it is recommended to wait until Nikkah.
