Divorce is a serious matter which is made conciously. In the heat of a debate or arguments, it is not intended usually. Therefore, an explicit word of divorce can be considered as no divorce if there is no intention.

In the case cited, the intention of the husband matters. If he has counsciously decided to divorce then such words are counted as divorce, otherwise not.
