According to physics and biology every decision we make is based on prior events like our experiences, genetics, upbringing etc and are brains obey the laws of physics, how can there be free will? How can we be truly responsible for what we do..

These all things help us make a decision. We make a decision then we change it, we make a different decision next time. We judge our decisions and make ourselves and others responsible for their actions all the time. We make laws of reward and punishment on the very basis of the belief that people are responsible for their actions.
