Doing Dua Without In State Of Wudu
As we know it is recommended to make dua even when we are going out for buying laces of shoes…so let’s say I am going to class..before going to class..I raise my hands and make dua..like dua asking Allah to protect you from any negative experience..so I raise hands..praise Allah..send blessings to prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and ask dua before going to class and also while making dua I am not in state of wudu..is this method correct?

It is correct. Wudu is required only for the prayer ( Salah or Namaz).
