Does validity of prayer affected by uncovered awarah in normal circumstances..like someone have adequate clothes to wear still chooses to pray in clothes having holes which exposes his awarah…will this render his prayer invalid or it will be considered highly discouraged act but does not invalidate the prayer.

Can you verify is my understanding correct?

2.if you find hole in clothes after you have prayed namaz…what should you do?

Prayer would still be valid. But a Muslim should try to be more careful next time.

Etiquettes / Decorum of Salah should not be taken lightly.

      What about first question…

1.Praying in clothes which have holes in it which exposes awarah in normal circumstances is against decorum of prayer and highly discouraged but it does not invalidate the prayer.

Can you verify is my understanding correct?

It doesn’t invalidate a prayer but it is not just about legal procedure of a prayer. It is offered to please God. So one should consider what and why one is doing a thing.
