There have been countless gods throughout history and across cultures. What makes our understanding of God different from those? Could religion itself be a result of cognitive biases that have evolved in the human mind over time? Are we truly alive? Do we genuinely possess a soul, or are we simply complex arrangements of matter, no different from a metal block, except for the electrical signals in our brain that give us the illusion of consciousness?

Moreover, is it possible that death is the end of everything, that there’s nothing beyond it? This idea is terrifying, perhaps even more so than the thought of eternal punishment. Could religion just be a construct to ease these existential fears? Additionally, why do terrible things happen under the rule of a merciful God, like cancer in children or the suffering of countless human beings? Why is our religion true, and why is it the ultimate truth in comparison to others? These are questions that atheists often ask, and I would appreciate your insights on them.

Please as one specified question in one post.

Answering to your first question only here, it is the information we receice from God which confirms what is God and what He wants from. No speculation can avail auta of reality of God. We can know of God what God chooses to tell us about him.

Therefore, the authenticity of the information from God becomes the primary concern of a truth seeker.

There are religions and images of gods which are conceived by man but our religion is not a product of cognition or imagination it is information revealed to the prophet Muhammad.
