Don’T Want To Follow Assumptions But What About The Risk?
Is the ruling about not following the assumptions or not looking into any assumption at all? What about the risks? If I go to someone’s house and they are not acting well, I’m certainly not gonna say they are so because I am there, there could be many reasons. But I don’t want to take a risk being there in case they really aren’t being happy about me being there. If someone is talking in a way that is disrespectful for me, I’m not gonna say they are trying to attack me or they are bad, they might be talking that way unknowingly but should I take a risk in case they really are trying to disrespect me?

You may not need to speculate. Learn about the human behaviour the way it works from your surroundings. If something is bad or obviously disrespectful to you l, it woud be bas or disrespectful.
If later you find that your perception was wrong, just accept it and proceed.
