Offering The Prayer Anywhere Within Appointed Times
God has made it compulsory upon us to offer the prayer within appointed times. So, let’s say Maghrib can be offered between 6pm and 7:30pm, does it mean I can offer the prayer at 7pm even though I could offer it at 6pm but I did it because I wanted to, there was no serious reason behind this delay

Yes. You can offer it anytime within the given time, with no reason. But don’t make it too late, in the last minutes.
