Making Up Fajr
Assalam O Alaikum. While making up Fajr, if missed it due to sleep, you must pray as soon as you wake up right? Will you pray Sunnah also? What if you did not pray as soon as you woke up. If you pray with Dhuhr will you pray 2 Sunnah also. It is sometimes said if not prayed before Maghrib you cannot pray Fajr Qaza is it true?

When you miss a prayer unconsciously, you are supposed to offer it as soon as soon are conscious. It would be counted as offered on time. If you delay, you will lose the benefit of offering it on time.
Only Farz prayer is the actual prayer. Sunnah or Nafl is additional prayer. There is no rule or specification of offering it or not along with the missed farz prayer. If you want to offer it you can.

If go to Mosque Imam has started Farz prayer, should we pray Farz then pray Sunnah , as some people do not pray Sunnah after Farz until after sunrise, some pray Sunnah while Farz are going on. Also please tell me how much time before sunrise and sunset van we pray Namaz(including any voluntary Namaz), 5 minutes, 10 minutes? At the timr of sunrise or sunset is recitation of Qur’an and making Dua allowed at time of sunrise/sunset?

Sunnah or Nafl prayer is not obligatory to repeat if missed. It is additional prayer.
You can say you prayer until the last minute. The prophet says that the one who finds on rakat in time, he got his prayer. It means he can complete the rest of the prayer even if the sun rises or sets.
Around sun rise and set Dua and resting or reciting of Qur’an is allowed. Only a new prayer is forbidden.
