Where can I find reference of that jews change the day of Friday for worship to Saturday.

It is assumed that their day of special worship was Friday because it was the same Millat e Ibrahim which the prophet Muhammad was ordained to follow and the day of Friday was appointed for his ummah. So it would be same for the previous followers of the prophet Ibrahim.
