Masah On Socks
After completion wuzu except masah, Is it fine doing only masah on socks when i remove shoes while enter mosque (distance between mosque and wash basin is 10 meter) .

Masah on socks is done when You have already washed your feet and then put on socks and then you have to make new wudu.
It is a symbolical expression to remind us that we skipped washing feet for the relaxation given to us. The proper way to do is to make it during the ablution. If for some reason one did not masah on socks, one can do it later. Do the masah with wet hand on the socks.
If it is difficult to remove the shoes in washroom you can do the masah on shoes. It is the same.
