Assalamualaikum
Does the third kalima contains lawhawlawalquwattailahbillah
Is durood e Ibrahimi the only durood we can recite or any short or even saying as Salat o wasalam o alaika ya result Allah or first line of durood upto ali Muhammad is fine as well?
Is saying astagfirullah while doing istighfaar enough or saying the complete sentence is important
Is ayate karima also a istighfar?

The six famous kilamas is an arbitrary arrangement by the scholars to teach some fundamentals of Islam. The zikr in the Third kalima may or may not involve the piece you are asking about. There is not restriction.
In qada, the sitting position in prayer, no zikr including durood Ibrahim is specified. However the prophet taught it on request.
The proper way to say is astaghfirullah. I seek forgiveness.
