If people no longer attach with it any religious beliefs, it becomes cultural. If there is no other objection, one may participate in it and publish about it.

We are running a website in an organization in Pakistan where we post knitting and crochet ideas. How can we get assurity that it is no longer a religious activity. All the stuff we want to share is for Children.
