روایت درست ہے تو جزیہ کے خاتمے کا مطلب یہ ہوگا کہ جزیہ رسول کے دور کے ساتھ خاص تھا۔ یہ دوسروں پر نافذ نہ ہوگا۔
یہ سزا تھی جو رسول کے براہ راست مخاطبین اہل کتاب کو دی گئی تھی۔

یہ سوال اس زمانے میں دوبارہ پیدا ہی کیوں ہوگا؟
کیا جزیہ آج کہیں لیا جاتا ہے؟

It is not about literal Jizya. This statement like others, need to be interpreted and it could mean that hostility between Muslims and Christians will come to an end. Ghamidi Sahab has interpreted the statement “war will come to an end” this way and the same interpretation could be applied to the “lifting of Jizya” as well. Either way, this statment is subject to one or ther other interpretation.
