If nowdays person who lives in muslim country and government officials holds jummah namaz …and person misses 3 Jummah consecutively will he be kafir?
Please answer this directly…I have read previous conversation regarding this.

There is no ruling for becoming kafir for leaving three Friday prayers consecutively.
In the time of the prophet the hypocrites were distinguished with such traits. It doesn’t apply to today’s Muslims. However leaving Friday prayer for no reason, in the above mentioned situation is a serious denial one may be answerable to God for.
