I suppose that in the Qur’an, no separate restriction is placed on Muslim women marrying disbelieving or Ahl e kitab men any more than being correlated together with Muslim men marrying polytheistic women; and since, Muslim men marrying polytheistic women renders the marriage fasid, similar irregularity must be applied on the marriage of a Muslim women to polytheistic or Ahl e Kitab men.
I see no extraordinary evidence of declaring the marriage batil.
I would request you to touch on this point.

Marriage is a social contract, so it will stay valid between the two independent people, who own their actions and care less about religion. No authority has to make their marriage fasid or batil. It is a fact that has taken place. This is a deviation like other deviations a Muslim can do, like drinking, adultery, eating something haram, etc.

I saw one of Ghamidi sahab’s video in which he called out marrying a disbelieving woman as rendering the marriage fasid and marrying a woman during iddah as batil. So, the concept of identifying marriages as irregular or void must exist.
Thus, jurisprudentially speaking, a Muslim woman marrying against God’s directives in the specific circumstance I mentioned above must result in the creation of either irregularity or void ab initio status.
This is the crux of my proposition.
Does the marriage of a Muslim woman to a disbeliever or Ahl e kitab men introduce irregularity in the marriage?
